Reiki / Energy Healing Sessions
I believe that for healing to be truly integrative, the psyche and the body need to be held together. Often, we try to understand or think our way through what the body is still carrying.
My approach begins with the body — with safety, presence, energy and deep listening.
My Reiki sessions are gentle yet powerful. Reiki supports you to reconnect with your body, your energy, your truth and your own inner knowing. It supports the clearing of the energetic and emotional field, helping you recalibrate, release what your body no longer needs to carry, and create space for deeper listening.
Sessions begin with a short conversation about what is present for you and what you would like support with. You then lie fully clothed on the treatment table while I work gently with Reiki and energy healing. The session is guided by your comfort, your body, and what feels safe and supportive in the moment.
Depending on what is needed, sessions may also weave in intuitive guidance, coaching, somatic healing, breathwork, spinal energetics and trauma-informed integration
In person REIKI sessions are 75min long and cost $200. A deposit of 50% is required if not paying in full.
24 hours notice is required for rescheduling or cancelling.
Deposit will be forfeited if less than 24 hours notice.
What happens in a session

Depending on what is needed, I may also weave in intuitive guidance, somatic awareness, breath, gentle integration support or energetic clearing.
Sessions are gentle, respectful and guided by your comfort.

Subsidised spaces
I believe healing support should be accessible where possible, while also honouring the energy and integrity of the work.
I offer a small number of subsidised places each month, especially for mothers experiencing financial hardship who are in genuine need of support.
