CIRCLES & GATHERINGS

 

Alongside one-to-one healing work, Love & Truth will also offer intimate group spaces, women’s circles and seasonal gatherings.

These circles are for women who are longing to slow down, soften, be witnessed, and return to the wisdom of the body, the heart and the feminine way of knowing.

There is a quiet medicine that happens when women gather with presence and intention. When we sit together without needing to perform, fix, advise or hold it all together, something in the body begins to exhale. We remember that we are not alone. We hear our own truth more clearly. We are gently invited back into relationship with ourselves, with each other, and with the sacred rhythm of life.

Each gathering may weave together sharing, ritual, meditation, embodiment, intuitive guidance, energy work, song, breath, prayer, journaling, seasonal themes and gentle ceremony.

Some circles may be open one-off gatherings. Others may become deeper closed containers, where the same women return over a period of time, allowing trust, intimacy and transformation to unfold slowly.
