About Aliona
I am Aliona, the founder of Love & Truth.
I am a Reiki Master, energy healing practitioner, qualified life coach, and trauma-informed integration practitioner. My work is also informed by somatic healing, breathwork, spinal energetics, ceremony, motherhood, and my own lived path of healing, truth-seeking and deep transformation.
Before stepping into this work more fully, I spent many years in the corporate world as a project and change leader. That part of my life taught me how to hold complexity, guide people through transition, create structure, and stay steady when things are uncertain.
But over time, I felt a deeper calling.
A calling toward the body.
Toward the soul.
Toward the places in us that cannot be healed through thinking alone.
Love & Truth was born from that calling.
My approach
My approach is deep, yet gentle, intuitive, grounded and integrative.
I do not believe healing is about becoming someone else. I believe it is often about returning to the parts of ourselves that were exiled, silenced, overwhelmed or forgotten.
In sessions, I work with the body, energy field, nervous system and emotional landscape. Depending on what is needed, I may weave together Reiki, energy healing, somatic awareness, breath, intuitive guidance, trauma-informed integration and coaching.
Some sessions are quiet and subtle.
Some bring emotion, insight or release.
Some simply help the body feel safe enough to rest.
There is no need to perform, explain everything perfectly, or arrive with a clear plan. We begin with where you are.
What I hold space for
I often work with people who are moving through thresholds.
This may include:
Emotional overwhelm or exhaustion
Grief, heartbreak or life transitions
Motherhood and identity shifts
Burnout or disconnection from self
Spiritual awakening or energetic sensitivity
Relationship changes
Nervous system dysregulation
The desire to feel more grounded, embodied and clear
My devotion is to support people in coming into deeper relationship with themselves — not by bypassing pain, but by meeting it with enough safety, compassion and truth that something new can begin to integrate.
